Marvin Wong has spent the majority of his life in the small but well known town of Mystic, along the shoreline of Southeastern Connecticut. Mystic Pizza, the aquarium, seaport and two largest casinos have always been minutes away. He is a member of Poquonnock Bridge Baptist Church and enjoys singing, traveling, cooking and watching planes. It is unsure where his passion for technology came from, but that has lead to plenty of digital creativity and a love of web design. His favorite place in the world, aside from airport terminals, is Camp Wightman.

In December 2009, he graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. He currently holds a Bachelors of Science in Air Traffic Management and minors in Applied Meteorology and Information Technology. He also completed the spatial disorientation lab as well as the high altitude normobaric lab while at Embry-Riddle.

In the area of web design and digital multimedia, his education includes five web and networking courses, three video production and broadcasting courses, two photography courses, completion of the IT minor and endless hours of practical and mentoring experience. He has a strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Although web work is currently a part-time activity, it is fueled only by a great passion. Over the course of several years, Marvin has completed multiple web designs, videos, full-featured slideshows and weathercasts. A collection of completed projects can be viewed in the portfolio.

This website was completed in January 2010. It offers a central point where the works of Marvin Wong and Weatherman Wong meet. In addition to offering a glimpse into the services he offers, it also provides the weather and aviation modules and resources he regularly uses, as well as a way to follow and contact him.
